DELIVERY POLICY

King Detergent ensures that you will get your product fast, all days of the week, except Sundays. All customers purchasing online will pay only M100 as a delivery cost regardless of  the distance, this applies only to Lesotho. If you live locally you are more than welcome to purchase online and select the ‘Local pickup’ option, where you can then collect your prepared package from the store.

Please provide a physical address as it is preferable to a PO Box, although we can send to a PO Box if need be. The only time you may experience a delay is during Public Holidays, if there is an unexpected interruption due to weather or a break down.

RETURNS / REFUNDS POLICY

Please send us an email regarding your dissatisfaction with our product within 3 days of receiving it. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to send a response email for your refund/exchange. After you’ve received a response email, please ship the product(s)  along with a copy of your invoice to the following address: King Detergent, Upper Moyeni ,Quthing 700 ,Lesotho.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 business days.

Only purchases made with King Detergent are eligible for return.  If you’ve purchased King Detergent products from other retailers please contact them for any returns or exchanges. Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order has shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
